About the grower: As a way to honor his parents who started cultivating coffee during his childhood, Juan de Dios Castillo started his own farm called El Pastoral, which has 150 acres of coffee plants. Cherries from Finca Pastoral are selected for a skilled honey process rather than the more common washed method resulting in a truly specialized coffee bean.
