This is a great micro-lot offering grown in the high mountains of the Norte region in Peru. We roast this coffee light/medium to accentuate the awesome depth of flavor and bring out mild citrus notes. This smooth daily drinker finishes clean and is a cup everyone will enjoy.

About the growers:  Cooperatives have long defined the coffee culture of Peru, where the bulk of production comes from small farms owned and managed by indigenous people who follow organic farm management practice attuned to their cultural connection with the land. Producers typically cultivate coffee on just a few acres of land intercropped with shade trees, bananas, corn, and beans. CENFROCAFE cooperative strives to improve the quality of life for coffee producers and their families.
