About the grower:

Brazil is the world’s largest coffee producer, with some of the finest beans coming from the Mogiana region, known for its rolling hills and small to medium-sized farms. Here, growers carefully cultivate their coffee on family-owned farms averaging 70 acres. Each farmer oversees the entire process—from harvesting cherries to drying them on patios or mechanical driers until they reach the ideal 11% moisture. Once ready, the beans are stored and transported to a centralized dry mill, where traceability, quality control, and fair payment based on quality are ensured. This lot is graded Fine Cup (FC) and Strictly Soft (SS), representing Brazil’s highest coffee quality standards.
