NATURE INSPIRED BLEND
Our Cathedral Valley blend is expertly crafted and roasted for a full-bodied and balanced cup with smooth South American beans roasted medium then layered with subtle dark earthy beans from Indonesia. We chose to name this blend after one of our favorite places in Capitol Reef National Park named as such because of the valley's sandstone monoliths that reminded early explorers of ornate, Gothic cathedrals.
Roast Level: Medium/Dark
